I’m not sure about other versions of Windows; the standard 32 bit version of XP professional doesn’t work with this method it doesn’t offer a fitting substitute driver, so the original Iomega driver is still needed. You wont even have to re-boot probably. PC there are two side USB available one is front side and sec is back side.

It should read once the drive is listed. It is very possible unfortunately that the disk itself has gone bad.
