Windows will install the wrong drivers but once the installation is complete, and it is best to just let it run till all software is installed, then you should restart, go to device manager and just do and update for the driver. What is the status of the device in device manager? It really should not be this hard. You have to acknowledge that a device is asking permission to connect, and viola, there it is.

Yes, but they may not enable bluetooht of the features one would want such as headset functionality. I have spent hours trying to figure out the problem!
